The COVID-19 pandemic is clearly having a dramatic impact on our schools and society. The implications are wide-ranging and quickly evolving as we all try to take appropriate action. Join your peers from other schools for a weekly discussion to share how the evolving pandemic is affecting your auxiliary and summer program management and planning. How are your after school and enrichment programs going? What does your current planning for the summer of 2021 look like? Have your restarted your facility rentals? Are you running faculty/staff child care? This is a weekly discussion that will take place online using Zoom Meeting. The agenda will be flexible and revolve around the many areas of your operation that are being affected including program, enrollment, operation, medical policies, personnel, etc. Use this call as an opportunity to listen in and learn what other schools are doing, and share how your school has made decisions and taken action.
