ROUNDTABLE - Summer Staff Recognition & Motivation

With summer just around the corner, the SPARC community is ready to hit the ground running with camps and programs. We’re opening up the floor for a discussion about how to keep your team motivated from the time they arrive for orientation until the last campers depart. Topics of note include:

• Increasing staff buy in and commitment
• Fun and meaningful ways to celebrate staff
• Adapting recognition efforts for different teams
• Strategies to keep staff energized all season long

Come together to swap ideas, share successes, and brainstorm creative ways to celebrate, reward, and inspire our teams. 

This discussion is open to SPARC members only. We welcome and encourage participation from anyone with involvement in auxiliary programs including Directors, Assistant Directors, CFOs, and any other school personnel that are interested. The discussion will be facilitated by SPARC Senior Advisors, with the goal of encouraging the participation of all attendees.
