With just weeks away from kicking off our summer programs, are you thinking ahead to how you will measure whether you meet your goals? What are some of the ways you benchmark your summer programs? What data will you collect so you can analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of your programs? Best practices indicate that by benchmarking and analyzing metrics such as participation satisfaction, cost per camper, and enrollment rates, we can assess the quality and impact of our summer programs. Then we can identify strengths and weaknesses, set goals, and make data-driven decisions to elevate our summer programs and enhance the overall experience for participants. Join this important conversation and make sure you are prepared for success!

This discussion is open to SPARC members only. We welcome and encourage participation from anyone with involvement in auxiliary programs including Directors, Assistant Directors, CFOs, and any other school personnel that are interested. The discussion will be facilitated by SPARC Senior Advisors, with the goal of encouraging the participation of all attendees. Recordings are available to SPARC members within 24 hours.
