SPARC Launches the New Career Center for Auxiliary Professionals

Posted By: Amy Grier SPARC News,

The redesigned and easy-to-navigate SPARC Career Center is now live and available for everyone in the independent school community!

Created for both job seekers and employers, the SPARC Career center offers a searchable database of current job openings. If you're an auxiliary professional and ready to take the next step in your career, visit the Career Center and create a profile, search for job openings, and research schools who are hiring. You can also set search criteria and receive alerts when new jobs get posted.

If you're an employer looking for new talent, post your job opening and field resumes from SPARC members and other experienced auxiliary professionals. Read up on current hiring trends and best practices in our Resources section, featuring articles such as "Suggested Interview Questions for Auxiliary Director Candidates" and "Fostering an Equitable Hiring Practice." And SPARC member schools can take advantage of discounted rates to post job openings.

To get started, click on Resources at the top of the SPARC home page.

Select Career Center in the drop down menu, click Sign Up at the top right of the page, then select Employer or Job Seeker. Create your profile to post or apply for jobs. Job seekers can also create a resume for a streamlined application process.

We welcome all comments and and suggestions for our Career Center. What resources would you like to see added? What topics should we cover? Anything we can do to make the search even easier? Use our Career Center contact form and let us know.
