Join us for an inspiring afternoon of the 2025 SPARC Symposium: The Business of Auxiliary Programs. Our keynote speaker, Jeff Shields, CEO of NBOA, will launch the Symposium with "Independent School Business: Revenue Drivers, Expense Levers, and Innovation." This will be followed by two engaging panel discussions: first a panel of CFOs on Financial Impact and then a panel of Heads of School on Transformative Potential.

The SPARC Symposium is a virtual event designed to elevate your leadership skills and your auxiliary programs. Recommended attendees include all members of the auxiliary programs department including part-time and seasonal staff; CFOs; COOs; Heads of School; Human Resources team members; Directors of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; and other members of the school senior leadership team.
