Join us in an exploration of innovative and entrepreneurial ideas to increase non-tuition revenue and community-building programming. Using case studies from several independent schools, veteran directors will illustrate scalable ideas, discuss leveraging internal and external partnerships, and show how to build collaborations across the school community. We'll share ways to streamline auxiliary program efforts for efficiencies with business operations, including summer, extended day programs, special events, facility rentals, and adult programming.
