ROUNDTABLE: Develop Your Action Plan for 2025 Summer Programs

Even though you may still be in the midst of your 2024 camp season, there's no better time to look ahead to the summer of 2025. Are you observing your current programs through the lens of improvement? Have you done an inventory or self-assessment that enables you to make informed decisions about next summer? Whether it's to improve staff training or supervision, modify your program schedule, revamp your parent communications, or shift how you use the campus and facilities, join together with other SPARC members to discuss your plan for 2025!

This discussion is open to SPARC members only. We welcome and encourage participation from anyone with involvement in auxiliary programs including Directors, Assistant Directors, CFOs, and any other school personnel that are interested. The discussion will be facilitated by SPARC Senior Advisors, with the goal of encouraging the participation of all attendees.
