ROUNDTABLE: Facilities Rentals

As we enter another school year, it's the perfect time to check in on your facilities rental program! This is your opportunity to benchmark with peers and present specific scenarios for group discussion. Join fellow auxiliary program directors to share successes, pain points, challenges, strategies and questions. Come with ideas for scheduling, reserving space, and effectively coordinating with athletics, facilities, and other school departments. Share how to turn a rentals program from being reactive to proactive.

This discussion is open to SPARC members only. We welcome and encourage participation from anyone with involvement in auxiliary programs including Directors, Assistant Directors, CFOs, and any other school personnel that are interested. The discussion will be facilitated by SPARC Senior Advisors, with the goal of encouraging the participation of all attendees.
