ROUNDTABLE: Increasing Auxiliary Collaboration Across the School Community

Summer and Auxiliary Programs leaders typically work in silos and "on their own islands," but there is real power in building community and partnering across departments and the campus. Join this conversation on how auxiliary leaders can collaborate with the various divisions and departments. What value can come out of working with Enrollment Management/Admissions or Advancement departments? How can the auxiliary team build on the spirit and events within Athletics or the Lower/Middle/Upper School divisions? Bring your experiences, stories, and ideas.

This discussion is open to SPARC members only. We welcome and encourage participation from anyone with involvement in auxiliary programs including Directors, Assistant Directors, CFOs, and any other school personnel that are interested. The discussion will be facilitated by SPARC Senior Advisors, with the goal of encouraging the participation of all attendees. Recordings are available to SPARC members within 24 hours.
