With just weeks away from kicking off our summer programs, are you thinking ahead to how you will measure whether you meet your goals? What are some of the ways you benchmark your summer programs? Best practices indicate that by benchmarking and analyzing metrics such as participation satisfaction, cost per camper, and enrollment rates, we can assess the quality and impact of our summer programs.
