As we continue to professionalize all aspects of our auxiliary programming--including how we handle our seasonal and part-time staff--join this ongoing conversation on how we recruit, onboard, and evaluate our staff. What worked and didn’t work from Summer 2024? How is staffing for school-year programs looking? As you are onboarding and training for the Fall, what can you implement now for these programs to set employees up for success--setting goals, reflections, job descriptions, check-ins, quarterly evaluations, etc.?

This discussion is open to SPARC members only. We welcome and encourage participation from anyone with involvement in auxiliary programs including Directors, Assistant Directors, CFOs, and any other school personnel that are interested. The discussion will be facilitated by SPARC Senior Advisors, with the goal of encouraging the participation of all attendees.
