ROUNDTABLE: Summer Surveys

With a couple weeks of Summer 2024 under your belt, do you have a plan set for getting feedback from your families? Have you implemented the SPARC NPS? Do you know what metrics to measure? Join this conversation to share strategies for how and when to use surveys to get constructive feedback about your summer programs. Are you doing surveys weekly or waiting until the end of the season? What questions are you finding most useful to include? What are other ways to use information gathered, e.g. testimonials or shout outs for staff? If you are thinking about adding surveys this season, bring your questions and thoughts to the discussion and hear from seasoned directors.

This discussion is open to SPARC members only. We welcome and encourage participation from anyone with involvement in auxiliary programs including Directors, Assistant Directors, CFOs, and any other school personnel that are interested. The discussion will be facilitated by SPARC Senior Advisors, with the goal of encouraging the participation of all attendees.
