SPARC Monthly Waypoint Discussion (11/8)
What is a "waypoint?" According to Websters Dictionary, it is "an intermediate point on a route or line of travel." Our Waypoint Discussions are an opportunity to meet monthly with colleagues to crowdsource the most important tasks of each specific month. Each discussion will cross over various programs as well as each of the various categories of responsibility. It is recommended that each participant in these discussions has already downloaded and started to customize their own version of the SPARC Compass (available in the SPARC Document Library for members only). With each successive meeting over the year, your own SPARC Compass will become more complete, accurate, and useful based on the input of your peers. It is not necessary to participate in this series every month, but join the discussion as often as you can to improve the ultimate quality of your own Compass by the end of the year!
