SPARC ON THE ROAD | EDUCATING SCHOOL LEADERSHIP
SPARC is on the road at NAIS and NBOA, meeting with independent school leaders to educate them on how to best support auxiliary programs at their schools.
Our goal for 2023 is for SPARC's professional development message and model to reach every independent school in the country. To achieve that, we’re branching outside our daily work with Auxiliary Directors and meeting with school leadership. We hope that by sharing our work with school leaders, we can improve collaboration and innovation across departments and help more educators who want to improve their schools' non-tuition revenue through the support and development of their auxiliary department.
SPARC is a membership organization serving as a catalyst for change in education by helping schools make strategic decisions about how they create value and non-tuition revenue. Through our programs and services, we help schools improve and grow by focusing on three primary areas: professional development, actionable resources, and community.
Come see SPARC at the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) National Conference, where SPARC will be presenting on "Using Auxiliary Programs to Cultivate Community: 10 Areas of Critical Capacities."
SPARC will be leading a pre-conference workshop at the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) conference titled "Using Auxiliary Programs to Cultivate Community: 10 Areas of Critical Capacities". This presentation will explore how schools can use auxiliary programs to strengthen community, while enhancing school culture. SPARC Executive Director, Nat Saltonstall, will be joined by SPARC Advisors, Bob Rojee and Karen McCann McClelland, along with Dan O'Neil, The Director of Auxiliary Programs at Congressional School.
Through this workshop, attendees will develop a better understanding of specific strategies to grow their school's auxiliary programs. If you are attending NAIS and would like to join us for this session, please let us know! We will also be in the Exhibit Hall increasing awareness among attendees about the value of auxiliary programs to all independent schools.
