SPARC Releases the 2023 Compensation and Position Report

SPARC focuses on supporting the essential role that high quality auxiliary programs play in the overall value proposition of the independent school student experience and the non-tuition revenue that can be generated. As part of that support, SPARC conducts an annual comprehensive survey of independent schools on their auxiliary program leadership. Survey results assist SPARC in tracking changes over time in the understood value of auxiliary expertise, as well as providing valuable benchmarks for school leadership. SPARC also uses results to determine future trends that warrant further study and to measure our growing influence in highlighting auxiliary-related needs and growth.
